These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of InstaVisa.org (“Site”). InstaVisa is run by AdMax, s. r. o., Tovarenska 7938/14, 811 09 Bratislava, Slovakia, VAT: SK2120972843, ICO: 52283224. By accessing and using our Site and services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access and use of InstaVisa.org and any related services constitute your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. InstaVisa may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting the amended Terms on this Site. Continued use of our Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Scope of Services
InstaVisa provides visa facilitation services, including the submission and management of visa applications on behalf of users. InstaVisa acts solely as a facilitator and is not affiliated with any government agency or immigration authority. The final decision to approve or deny a visa application rests with the respective government authority, and InstaVisa does not guarantee visa approval.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
When using InstaVisa.org, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing true, accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the application process. Any misrepresentation may lead to denial of your application or other legal consequences.
- Compliance with Applicable Laws: You agree to use our Site and services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and refrain from illegal activities or fraudulent behavior.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees for services provided by InstaVisa are clearly listed at the time of purchase. Payments are required at the time of application submission and cover processing costs, which are non-refundable in most cases. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for additional details. Submission of payment does not guarantee visa issuance, and you acknowledge that visa fees are not refunded in the event of a rejected application.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
InstaVisa processes applications immediately upon payment. Consequently, fees paid are typically non-refundable. In cases of technical errors, InstaVisa may issue refunds at its discretion. You are eligible for a 100% refund if your application has not yet been submitted to the government.
Refund requests must be made within three (3) months of your purchase date. Please note that any government fees already paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

Additional Refund Conditions
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once your request is confirmed.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of the service was rendered (e.g., preliminary document review), you may be eligible for a partial refund. Contact support for details.
- Exceptions: Refunds are not provided for incomplete applications submitted outside of the 3-month refund period or if your application has already been processed by the government.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on InstaVisa.org, including logos, text, graphics, images, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to InstaVisa and are protected by intellectual property laws. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS VOLUNTARY AND AT YOUR OWN RISK. INSTAVISA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. INSTAVISA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- INSTAVISA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR PERSONAL OR BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR WRONGFUL DEATH RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
- INSTAVISA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
- YOU MUST BRING ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
- BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Verify Travel Documents
Upon receipt of your travel document (visa, photo, or passport), you are solely responsible for verifying that all information on the document is accurate and complete. InstaVisa will make efforts to correct any issues if you promptly notify us of any inaccuracies. Failure to identify errors before traveling may result in personal consequences for which InstaVisa is not liable.
You must also ensure that:
- Your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the start date of your trip.
- You have added our domain to your email’s “white list” to prevent important documents from being blocked by spam filters. Check your spam/junk folder if there are delays.
